Rising 60 meters above the waterline, Villa Benyasiri sits on the crest of the hill, offering far-reaching views from the lights of Patong to the vast blue expanse of the Andaman Sea. This sleek five-bedroom villa is decorated in a contemporary minimalist style – the very definition of understated luxury, accented with Thai and Asian-influenced art.
Benjasiri welcomes guests into a dramatic, light-filled living room with double-height vaulted ceilings and full-length glass walls. From here, you can enjoy endless water views through fully retractable doors that open up to the terrace and a 13-meter infinity pool. This floor also features a spacious bedroom and ensuite – the perfect solution for guests with limited mobility.
An ideal holiday home for entertaining, Benyasiri has expansive alfresco dining areas, with a barbecue and 10-seater dining table that offers guests commanding ocean views. The villa’s wide terraces lead to a secluded open-air sala to one side for more intimate gatherings, whether it’s a morning yoga session or dinner for two.
Downstairs features four bedrooms including the master bedroom, which comes with an ensuite and wraparound terrace with outdoor seating that overlooks the garden and the sea. The third bedroom is located at the opposite side of the house, with its own ensuite and private terrace – a great layout for couples traveling together who still want some space of their own.
Also on this garden level, a split-level home theater with garden views, and a communal family area equipped with a pool table where guests can regroup between outings or even treat as an additional media room. Benyasiri is one of two villas with a ping pong table, located on the terrace by the pool.
